AMR Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing

Starkey is hiring an AMR (All Make Repair) Customer Service Representative at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN.

This position is responsible for ensuring that customers are dealt with according to the Customer Service Policy, as well as the Starkey Corporate mission statement.

• Answer incoming calls regarding technical and non-technical information, including assisting dispensers with fitting questions, answering dispenser questions about Starkey and Starkey All-Make products, clarifying dispenser requests, and calling dispensers with additional charges and estimates when requested.
• Support All Make Repair:
  Stay current on Starkey products and processes; provide repair information; use JIT principles while performing duties; answer problems from receiving and shipping.
• Process orders for accessories, warranties, credits, marketing materials, hearing aid parts, then invoice and ship.
• Document calls by keeping phone call records.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hearing aid manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience working with Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good problem‑solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to type 25-30 WPM.
• Letter‑writing skills a plus.
• 10‑key skills a plus.

The target rate for this position is between $18.14 to $24.15 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
