This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Classroom Teacher located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Lead Classroom Teacher will develop and implement biblically-based lesson plans, lead classroom activities, and provide a nurturing, inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with staff, mentoring students, maintaining classroom organization, and fostering spiritual growth. The role also entails communicating with parents and participating in church-related events to promote the mission of Grace Church.

• Strong instructional planning, classroom management, and leadership skills
• Ability to create a spiritually nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Experience in developing and delivering age-appropriate curricula
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their spiritual and educational growth
• Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred
• Previous teaching experience, especially with children or youth, is highly desirable
