• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field from an accredited institution.
• Applicants must hold or obtain by August 31, 2026 a Minnesota Teacher License in Career and Technical Education (College, Business, Construction, Medical Careers, or other Tier as applicable).
• District willing to support out-of-field permission license if qualifying.

• Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $53,023; MA: $64,910; salary adjusted for experience.
• Up to 12 sick days and up to 2 personal leave days per year.
• Health insurance: district covers medical premiums up to $756 per individual and up to $1,315 per month for family plans; fully covered dental; contributions to VEBA/HRA; fully paid life insurance and long-term disability.
• Retirement: 403(b) with district match up to 2.25% of salary; 9.81% contribution to MN TRA.
