Enable students to learn business and management concepts by teaching 4 semester courses (Semester 1: 97 contract days; Semester 2: 88 contract days). Support student growth and collaboration within the middle school environment.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field.
• Applicants must hold the following credentials by August 31, 2026 (or be in the process of obtaining them):
  • Minnesota Teacher License:
    Business (6-8)
• Ability to inspire each student to learn continuously and demonstrate intrinsic value.
• Proven skills in building trust and mutual respect within a learning community.
• Commitment to personalized learning and professional growth.

• Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $53,023; MA: $64,910; higher placement considered for experience.
• Up to 12 sick days and up to 2 personal days of leave annually.
• Health insurance with district coverage up to $756/month for individual plans and $1,315/month for family plans; full coverage of dental premiums.
