Impact You'll Make in this Role- Providing support and leadership for the manufacture of market leading healthcare products in the medical device field.
- Identifying, initiating, recommending, and leading projects to improve product cost, service, quality, process safety, and health/environmental impact.
- Performing and guiding technical and validation activities related to new product development and product line extensions.
- Leading problem‑solving events to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitoring and improving manufacturing operations using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology (design of experiments, statistical process control, lean management system, kaizens, DMAIC).
- Working closely with production and quality teams to ensure quality of product produced meets or exceeds customer standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline and three (3) years of engineering experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Master’s degree or higher in a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
- Experience working in the medical device field.
- Experience working in a GMP environment.
- Demonstrated project leadership abilities on highly technical and complex projects.
- Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) experience.
Onsite (Eden Prairie, MN). Travel may include up to 10% domestic. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B).
Compensation & BenefitsApplicable to US applicants only:
Expected compensation range $106,000 - $145,750, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
