Primary Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business and technical entities to define business requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applications. Deliver technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issues
- Provides day-to-day support of the storage infrastructure including storage provisioning, storage reclamation, and zoning activities
- Manage ticket queues and provide storage services to address customer needs
- Review performance health of servers, storage arrays, and SAN switches
- Participate in array and SAN switch microcode upgrades
- Participate in Storage array and SAN switch PLM activities
- Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities
- Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in a large complex computing environment
- 3+ years of experience with Brocade DCX SAN Directors and toolsets
- 2+ years of experience with Infinidat storage arrays and toolsets
- 2+ years of experience in analyzing and optimizing storage performance to resolve technical issues
- 2+ years of experience of storage operational activities (zoning, masking, and mapping)
- 2+ years of experience with managing a Fiber channel and iSCSI SAN
- 1+ years of one or more of the following Operating Systems: VMware, Windows, AIX, and Linux
- Good understanding of one or more of the following Operating Systems: VMware, Windows, AIX, and Linux
- Project management skills and the ability to multi-task complex, highly visible efforts concurrently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. The salary for this role ranges from $91,700 to $163,700 annually for full-time employment. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements). We comply with all minimum wage laws applicable.
