The Opportunity

Excelion Partners has been brought in to build out an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for a premier leader in high-performance engineered systems.

Located in the Eden Prairie tech corridor, our client offers the perfect balance: the resources of an established leader with the agility and "hands-on" culture of a specialized lab. We are looking for six foundational hires to drive a major new program.

• Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead
  :
  The tactical driver responsible for cross‑functional alignment between design, production, and quality.
• Program Manager
  :
  The strategic architect managing the roadmap, milestones, and high‑stakes deliverables.
• Sr. Development Engineer
  : A hands‑on R&D expert specializing in Embedded C/C++ and Python for complex electromechanical systems.
• Production Engineer
  :
  The bridge between prototype and scale, ensuring high‑spec designs are optimized for manufacturing.
• Quality Engineer
  :
  The guardian of zero‑failure reliability for ruggedized, mission‑critical hardware.

  :
  You won't work in a silo. You’ll work in a collaborative "pod" where engineering and production work in lockstep from day one.
• Complex Technology
  :
  Your work will live at the intersection of high‑speed motors, advanced sensing, and ruggedized enclosures.
• Premier Location

  Centrally located in the West Metro, offering a top‑tier work environment without the downtown Minneapolis commute.

• Pedigree
  :
  You likely have experience in Aerospace, Defense, Robotics, or Medical Device engineering.
• Degree is a big plus.
• 3-5+ years of experience in one of the open roles.
• Mindset
  :
  You prefer the lab and the bench over the boardroom. You want to see your designs built and tested in‑house.
• Citizenship
  :
  Due to the nature of the projects, U.S. Citizenship is required.
