Lead Pega Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Establish best practices and oversee the team
- Leadership – Not leading a team, but from big picture
- Role will be hands on development
- POC’s
- Development, maintenance, and production issues
- Assess areas of improvement
Must have:
- Sr/Lead level Pega Developer on Customer Service Platform
- Pega certifications (not picky, he mentioned Pega Systems Architect)
- Thinkers, what improvements can be made – Doesn’t want just a builder (they have this already)
Required Qualifications:
- Under graduate degree
- 8+ years experience of hands on development experience with PEGA versions 7.x to 8.
