A global manufacturing company is looking for a leader in cost accounting to mentor a team and oversee financial processes. This role includes developing cost standards and analyzing variances within the organization. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, have over 7 years of experience in cost accounting, and possess strong leadership skills. A knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems is preferred.

Competitive salary up to $145K plus a bonus is offered.
