Financial Manager
Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to join a Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team at a global headquarters in the suburbs of Minneapolis. This role serves as a corporate finance partner, working closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights, support enterprise planning processes, and drive performance across the organization.
Responsibilities include enterprise management reporting, investor-related reporting support, KPI analysis, forecasting, annual operating planning, and continued enhancement of financial systems and reporting tools. This position plays a key role in advancing financial visibility, improving processes, and strengthening enterprise-wide analytics capabilities.

Location:
This hybrid position in the Twin Cities suburbs sees the team work on-site three days a week.
Salary: $110k - $135k/yr base salary plus annual bonus.

- Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights to key stakeholders
- Analyze business drivers, KPIs, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual operating plan processes for assigned business areas
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance trends and projections
- Support enterprise-wide annual planning and forecasting deliverables
- Develop, maintain, and optimize management reporting tools and systems
- Promote consistency and standardization in reporting and analytics across global teams
- Enhance reporting processes and implement new tools based on evolving business needs
- Lead and contribute to ad hoc finance projects and strategic initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or finance leadership roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements, planning cycles, and key performance drivers
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, analytics, and executive-level reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience with in a global organization preferred
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
- Executive presence with strong professionalism and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a service-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
