Financial Manager
Arctic Wolf is seeking a Finance Director to lead its Central Finance FP&A function, partnering with the CFO, SVP FP&A, and business partners to drive financial strategy, reporting, and forecasting.
Responsibilities- Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and monthly FP&A close process.
- Own consolidated P&L and cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain the 3‑year long‑range financial plan.
- Set financial targets with the CFO and SVP FP&A to drive ARR and profitability growth.
- Maintain and enhance the Pigment planning tool, including governance of standard planning assumptions.
- Manage global FX exposure and implement constant‑currency reporting.
- Lead preparation of board and investor finance materials, translating data into compelling stories.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI frameworks tied to ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
- Foster a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement within the team.
- Adopt AI tools to increase financial insights and operational efficiency.
- 8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience, preferably in a central finance role.
- Hands‑on experience with an enterprise FP&A planning platform;
Pigment experience is a strong plus. - Deep understanding of P&L, cash forecasting, and corporate‑level planning, forecasting, and close.
- Curiosity to uncover the business drivers behind financial metrics.
- Expert‑level financial modeling skills with fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC payback, Rule of 40).
- Demonstrated people‑leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high‑performing FP&A teams.
- Competitive base salary range: $117,000 to $222,000 USD.
