What We’re Seeking

The Sr Supply Chain Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and strong financial performance. This role involves developing and maintaining financial models to analyze the costs and benefits of various supply chain strategies. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements, monitors key performance indicators related to supply chain costs, inventory management, and working capital, and prepares and presents financial reports to senior management.

Additionally, the manager oversees the budgeting and forecasting process for supply chain costs.

This position drives efficiency and profitability by using analytical and quantitative methods to understand and predict business processes, influencing data‑driven decision‑making and yielding positive financial results. The Supply Chain Finance Manager plays a critical role in developing new insights and understanding of the business, making a significant impact on the organization.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Production and Distribution Analytics

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze the costs and benefits of various supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  • Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance with emphasis in Supply Chain and Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize large‑picture projects and strategic initiatives with the ability to foresee challenges to be addressed throughout the end‑to‑end business flow.
  • Bring best practices around measuring supply chain performance, develop performance reports, report with quality standards, and analyze trends and identify recommendations.
  • Lead commercial forecasting, predictive analytics, and dynamic planning to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support informed business decisions and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary analytics business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain by delivering actionable insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
  • Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics
    , including pricing, promotional effectiveness, product mix, and commercial investment optimization to maximize profitable growth.
  • Develop and maintain customer, channel, and SKU profitability models to evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic customer and portfolio decisions.
  • Provide executive‑level business intelligence and performance reporting by translating complex data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and decision support for senior leadership.
  • Champion continuous improvement in commercial analytics by enhancing reporting capabilities, leveraging automation and predictive analytics, and improving data quality to enable faster, more effective decision‑making.
