Manager, Corporate Strategy & Finance | High-Growth Company | Twin Cities | Hybrid

We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization on a Manager, Corporate Strategy & Finance opportunity with significant exposure to executive leadership and some of the company’s most important growth initiatives.

This is not a traditional FP&A role. This position sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, financial modeling, M&A, and executive decision support, helping leadership evaluate where and how the company should grow.

The organization is experiencing significant growth and continuing to expand its service offerings and markets, creating an opportunity for this individual to have a meaningful impact on the company’s future direction.

• Building complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decisions
• Providing decision support around growth initiatives, investments, profitability, and capital allocation
• Supporting M&A activity, including financial analysis, valuation, diligence, and strategic evaluation
• Evaluating new markets, additional service offerings, partnerships, and other growth opportunities
• Partnering directly with executive leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives
• Translating financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Helping build and develop the strategic finance capabilities of the organization as the company continues to grow

We are looking for someone with strong financial modeling and analytical skills who enjoys working beyond the numbers and wants exposure to strategy, M&A, investment decisions, and long-term value creation.
