Southwest Region Funding​/Titling Specialist

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Southwest Region Funding/Titling Specialist to support multiple dealerships in a fast-paced, retail automotive environment. In this role, you will verify funding documents, prepare and process titles across several states, and work closely with lenders and DMVs to ensure clean, timely funding. You'll partner with dealership finance and sales teams, applying strong attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify all funding and titling paperwork for Southwest region stores
• Submit clean funding packages to lenders and track status to ensure timely funding
• Prepare, process, and correct vehicle titles and registrations across multiple states
• Resolve funding and title discrepancies with lenders, DMVs, and dealership staff
• Maintain strict compliance with state and federal regulations and internal policies
• Update and audit records in dealership DMS and tracking tools for accuracy
• Provide support and guidance to dealership teams on funding and titling requirements
• Monitor key metrics such as funding timelines, error rates, and rejected contracts
