Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour and varies based on prior experience and client location.

Home Helpers Home Care of Eden Prairie provides compassionate, reliable, and personalized non-medical home care. We help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely, independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

We are hiring Personal Care Assistants / Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. Our clients may include individuals with dementia, those transitioning home after hospice or those recovering from hospital or rehabilitation stays.

This is a rewarding opportunity for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate and passionate about helping others.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and incontinence care.
• Support safe mobility, transfer and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Engage clients in social and memory-friendly activities.
• Follow care plans and document daily care activities.
• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
• Hospice-to-home transition support.
• Post-hospital or rehabilitation recovery support.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Auto insurance.
• Ability to pass MN DHS background study.
• Caregiving experience preferred (professional or family caregiving).
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, or assist clients as needed.
