Mental Health Therapist

Twin Lakes Therapy is a clinician‑owned private practice in the Minnetonka/Eden Prairie area. We offer a calm, professional environment where therapists can do meaningful clinical work without the pressure of quotas or corporate oversight. Our model supports autonomy, steady referrals, and optional business coaching for clinicians who want to strengthen the practice side of private practice. We value authenticity, grounded clinical work, and a simple, transparent structure that respects clinicians’ independence.

This is an on‑site independent contractor (1099) role for fully licensed therapists. Clinicians set their own schedules, manage their caseloads, and provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, or families depending on their interests. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing evidence‑based therapy, and maintaining timely documentation in a streamlined EHR. Clinicians work independently with access to support, referrals, and administrative systems that make private practice sustainable.

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy based on clinical interest
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate as needed with outside providers
• Build and maintain a stable caseload at your preferred pace
• Participate in optional business coaching or consultation

• Fully licensed in Minnesota (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Strong clinical skills and grounded therapeutic presence
• Ability to work independently within a supportive structure
• Experience with documentation and ethical standards
• Comfort working with diverse populations
• Dual licensure (LPCC/LADC or LICSW/LADC) is valued but not required

• 70% split for 1–15 clients per week
• 75% split for 15+ clients per week
• Annual bonus eligibility for dually licensed clinicians
• HP/UCare claims follow the net‑revenue model under our shared contract
• Clinicians choose their own schedule and caseload size
