OSR Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a strong and enthusiastic Athletic Trainer to join our fun, friendly, family-oriented clinic. Our staff is not only great at what we do every day, but we also love our profession and enjoy working with our community. Join our team!

• Provide on-site injury prevention services for employees in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings
• Deliver first aid and triage for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Develop and implement stretching, warm-up, and conditioning programs tailored to job demands
• Educate employees on body mechanics, safe lifting techniques, and injury prevention strategies
• Assist with return-to-work and transitional duty programs in collaboration with medical providers and HR
• Collaborate with safety teams to support overall workplace health initiatives
• Assist with post-offer employment testing (POETs) or functional capacity screening
• Coordinate care with physical therapists, physicians, and case managers

• NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Minnesota or license eligible
• Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical team
• Outgoing and energetic personality

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.00-$30.00.Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
