Job Description

- Provide on-site injury prevention services for employees in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings
- Deliver first aid and triage for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines
- Develop and implement stretching, warm-up, and conditioning programs tailored to job demands
- Educate employees on body mechanics, safe lifting techniques, and injury prevention strategies
- Assist with return-to-work and transitional duty programs in collaboration with medical providers and HR
- Collaborate with safety teams to support overall workplace health initiatives
- Assist with post-offer employment testing (POETs) or functional capacity screening
- Coordinate care with physical therapists, physicians, and case managers
Qualifications: Qualifications
- NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
- Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Minnesota or license eligible
- Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and be part of a world-class clinical team
- Outgoing and energetic personality
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $24.00-$30.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
