Overview

First Light Home Care is seeking skilled and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver high-quality in-home care for clients in Eden Prairie, Edina, and Minnetonka, MN. Enjoy competitive pay, flexible scheduling options, and the opportunity to positively impact lives.

• Hourly pay range: $18.00 – $22.00 (must have FT availability for higher pay)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support safe movement, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare nutritious meals and manage household cleanliness and safety
• Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
• Engage clients with companionship and meaningful interaction
• Follow care plans strictly and document client status changes
• Work shifts from 4 to 12 hours during weekdays and weekends
• Must be available to work every other weekend
• Travel may be required between shifts or for client transportation
• Dependability, promptness, and communication are critical

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
• Successful completion of paid training and orientation
• Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience in caregiving or related roles preferred

Requires physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting clients with mobility. Accommodations are available.
