First Light Home Care seeks compassionate CNAs with at least 2 years of direct caregiving experience to support clients in their homes.

• Hourly wage of $20 to $22 depending on qualifications and availability
• Guaranteed hours for financial consistency if qualified

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Deliver personal care and companionship
• Promote safety through fall prevention and mobility assistance
• Prepare healthy meals and maintain clean client homes
• Transport clients to appointments and errands
• Maintain accurate care documentation and adhere to care plans

• Current Minnesota CNA license
• Minimum two years caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle
• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
• Smartphone capable of scheduling and communication
• Ability to perform caregiving duties with or without reasonable accommodation
