    • Design and maintain logical and physical data models, including relational and dimensional models for reporting and analytics.
    • Lead database design sessions, translating business requirements into system designs for complex projects.
    • Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure clean, standardised, and optimised data flows.
  • Data Governance & Compliance
    • Establish and enforce data governance, master data management (MDM), and security standards.
    • Ensure all data handling aligns with HIPAA, FDA, and healthcare compliance requirements.
    • Define corporate standards for data format, quality, and lifecycle management.
  • Reporting & Business Intelligence
    • Build and manage a centralised data warehouse to support enterprise reporting.
    • Enable enterprise-wide Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics models.
    • Define reporting standards and best practices across departments.
    • Support ad‑hoc queries, reporting needs, and advanced analytics requests from business leaders.
    • Ensure reporting environments are optimised for both transactional (OLTP) and decision‑support (OLAP) systems.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Patient Services to align architecture with organisational goals.
    • Lead large, complex data projects, including project work plans, resource utilisation, and milestone tracking.
    • Mentor junior IT staff, business analysts, and consultants on best practices in data modelling, integration, and reporting.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for BI architecture and data integration strategy.
  • Systems Integration & Performance
    • Architect and oversee integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), Dynamics CRM, Billing, File Maker, AWS S3, SQL Server, and Power BI.
    • Coordinate database performance monitoring and tuning, including optimisation and indexing schemes.
    • Research and recommend emerging technologies that enhance RxFunction’s data ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of business/technology experience with at least 5+ years implementing enterprise data management solutions.
  • Proven expertise in data architecture, dimensional modelling, and data warehouse design.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central), CRM (Dynamics CRM), Billing systems, File Maker, and AWS S3.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
  • Proficiency with BI tools, especially Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT development and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Big Data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Hadoop) a plus.
