Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Unica Campaign Developer to support end-to-end campaign execution, including building, running, validating, and quality checking Unica flowcharts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Unica, mid-level SQL skills, and a proactive approach to communication and teamwork. Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is a plus, and training will be provided if needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and build marketing campaigns using Unica Campaign
- Execute and validate campaign processes, ensuring data accuracy
- QC (quality check) flowcharts built by other team members
- Write and run SQL queries to support data validations
- Utilize mid-level SQL to manage tables, joins, and filters
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Work independently and as part of a small, agile team
- Support the setup of customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) (training will be provided)
- Translate marketing requirements into AJO campaigns where applicable
- Strong hands-on experience with Unica Campaign, including campaign creation, execution, and flowchart validation
- Experience with campaign quality assurance and troubleshooting
- Mid-level proficiency in SQL, including the ability to create and run complex queries
- Understanding of data tables, joins, filters, and campaign segmentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Skills:
- Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Experience translating business requirements into technical campaign logic
- Familiarity with digital marketing, customer journey mapping, or CRM tools

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
