Bachelor’sdegree PLanningand facilitating all types of requirements sessions including interviews, group meetings and remote conferences

Experiencegathering and documenting requirements from the client / business

Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation ofbusiness processes

Abilityto communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
