Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a strong background in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform, enabling business process optimization and digital transformation. This role requires a self‑motivated developer with an “architect‑type” mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities.
What’sthe Job?
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in D365 Finance and Operations, focusing on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
- Customize and extend D365 functionality using X++, workflows, Azure Dev Ops, and other development tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations using Power Automate and the Power Platform.
- Build and manage Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven) to address specific business challenges.
- Create and maintain integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems using APIs, Dataverse, and third‑party connectors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in D365 and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Stay updated on D365 and Power Platform advancements, recommending improvements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing D365 F&O solutions.
- Expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
- Strong proficiency in X++, C#, and other D365 programming languages.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and automations.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in D365 and/or Power Platform.
- Experience managing large‑scale D365 implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics using Power BI.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with performance tuning in D365 environments.
