  • Serve as architectural authority for MDM integrations and lifecycle management across upstream/downstream platforms. Define integration patterns between MDM and ERP/CRM/eCommerce/analytics platforms, ensuring consistent, scalable patterns and reusability.
  • Review MDM enhancements for compliance with LNCA enterprise standards; identify design risks and required guardrails.
  • Possess strong hands‑on expertise in Stibo, Profisee, or other leading SaaS MDM platforms, combined with strong client‑facing, leadership, and delivery skills.
  • Guide development teams on API design, event‑driven architecture, and integration patterns for multi‑domain data across manufacturing applications.
  • Document and organize technical components including tech debts, component catalogs, system contexts, and app‑to‑app integrations.
  • Define and scale multi‑domain MDM architecture across Product, Customer, Supplier, and related domains including cross‑domain relationships and ownership models.
  • Design and implement match & merge, survivorship, and golden record strategies with measurable quality KPIs.
  • Lead implementation of Stibo STEP capabilities including workflows, business rules, event processors, and data pipelines.
  • Establish data enrichment, standardization, and classification strategies (e.g., UNSPSC).
  • Design and operationalize approval workflows, stewardship processes, and exception handling mechanisms.
  • Ensure traceability through end‑to‑end data lineage including survivorship transparency.
  • Lead performance optimization and scalability planning for large‑volume, multi‑domain MDM environments.
  • Define testing, migration, and rollout strategies for enterprise MDM adoption.
  • Support Agile delivery teams and lead continuous improvement in MDM maturity and platform scalability.
  • Integrate MDM data models with enterprise glossary and metadata platforms to standardize meaning and context.
  • Design and implement RBAC and access patterns aligned with enterprise security standards.
  • Define and implement data quality frameworks, rules, and monitoring capabilities within the MDM platform.
B) Cross‑Functional Enablement & Operating Model
  • Enable stewardship workflows and tools; partner with Data Stewards for adoption.
  • Define scalable onboarding patterns for new domains including data models, workflows, and governance integration points.
  • Ensure architectural alignment for data consistency and lineage across systems.
  • Collaborate with other architects to ensure cross‑application data consistency and alignment with master data governance standards.
  • Support external data ingestion and syndication use cases (e.g., supplier feeds, eCommerce, partner ecosystems).
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear executive and business communication, driving alignment across IT and business teams.
Qualifications Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
