Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of technology and business consulting services. We are looking for a highly motivated Systems Administrator II to join our team. The role focuses on implementing, administering, and optimizing IAM/PAM solutions, managing user access, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations, and providing technical support.

• Configure and manage IAM tools.
• Develop documentation and monitoring procedures for IAM.
• Support multi‑factor authentication (MFA) and single sign‑on (SSO) implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine access policies.
• Analyze security requirements, develop reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Contribute to the broader IAM strategy.

• Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ).
• Proficient with authentication protocols: SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML.
• In‑depth knowledge of security protocols (SSH, TLS, etc.).
• Experience with PAM solutions (Keeper, Secret Server).
• Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Sailpoint, Azure AD, PAM).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM are a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity roles.
