Job Overview

Cambria is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Salesforce Support Associate to join our Sales Support & Operations team. This entry-level role is designed for someone passionate about learning how to create efficiencies in our Salesforce SaaS technology systems, maintain a clean, efficient, and high-performing CRM environment, and support field sales under the mentorship of senior Salesforce Certified Administrators.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • User Support:
    Act as the first point of support contact for basic user inquiries, password resets, and navigation assistance.
  • Data Stewardship:
    Perform regular data audits, de‑duplication tasks, and mass uploads using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • System Maintenance:
    Assist in creating basic requirements in Jira and drafting user stories for Salesforce administrators to update fields, page layouts, and picklists based on evolving business needs.
  • Custom Reporting Requests:
    Build and maintain basic and custom reports and dashboards to help stakeholders visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and master summary formulas.
  • Standard Operations Process (SOP) Documentation:
    Maintain up-to-date documentation on internal processes, training materials, and system changes.
  • Salesforce Data Library/Data Dictionary Maintenance:
    • Audit Descriptions:
      Ensure every custom field in Salesforce has a filled-out “Description” and “Help Text.”
    • Update Mapping:
      Update the dictionary to reflect changes in picklist values.
    • Standardization:
      Keep consistent labeling across objects (e.g., Phone Number).
    • Documentation Clean‑up:
      Archive obsolete process maps or “How‑To” guides.
    • Version Control:
      Confirm the latest version of a data upload template is in use.
    • Gap Identification:
      Note new features that lack documentation of new fields.
  • Agentforce Maintenance:
    • Knowledge Article Tagging:
      Ensure support articles are properly tagged and updated so AI does not provide outdated instructions.
    • Prompt Template Auditing:
      Verify data pulled into AI emails or summaries originates from correct fields as defined in the Data Dictionary.
    • Field Mapping for AI:
      Ensure new AI agents have necessary fields (e.g., Preferred Contact Time) populated.
  • UAT Testing:
    Assist in User Acceptance Testing for new features or integrations before deployment.
  • Ongoing Sales Training & Enablement:
    • Salesforce Enablement (formerly my Trailhead):
      Create or update internal Cambria trails. For example, build a quiz or learning module when a new product is launched to certify that the sales team understands new pricing.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask at a high level.

  • Reliable with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good listening skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment with high expectations and accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated commitment to helping customers, system users, or patrons solve problems or locate information.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, relationships, and fields).
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a “detective” approach to debugging reports or flows.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users with patience and clarity.
  • On track to pass the Salesforce Certified Associate Certificate within 3–5 months.
  • On track to pass the Salesforce Certified Administrator within 6–9 months, or have a clear path toward completion.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or a related field.
  • Experience:

    0–1 year of experience; valued experience includes hands‑on project work, Trailhead badges, or internships.
  • Systems:
    Comfortable with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred.
  • Additional Requirements:

    Managerial Requirements – N/A.
Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally, bend, reach, walk, or stoop on occasion. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Travel Requirements

May be required to travel between local Cambria locations.

Compensation

Hourly range: $27.90 – $34.02, varying by role, level, and location. Individual pay determined by factors such as location, experience, and education.
