Salesforce Technical Architect

Location:

Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: 6 - 12+ Months

Project:
We are looking for Salesforce talent that can be applied to multiple internal/customer facing projects now and in the future.

Top Requirements:

  • Development – 4 yrs.
  • Org Evaluation and Architectural lens – 5 yrs.
  • Customer and Consultation skillset – 8 yrs.

Technical Architects (TAs) are the most knowledgeable end-to-end technical advisors/implementers for strategic customers and partners.

TA’s lead functional design, orchestrate solution development across teams, and ensure a seamless deployment.

TAs create an end-to end technical solution and strategy that leaves the customer with new and better ways of doing business.

The best TA candidates are decisive Leads who independently take charge of an engagement.

They have demonstrated creative thinking about technical solutions, implementation challenges and risks.

The Technical Architect will determine which Salesforce (and inter-related) technologies to leverage in customer driven architectures/solutions based upon product knowledge, industry experience and utilizing Salesforce and Enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend enterprise solutions on how Salesforce can be integrated into the existing application ecosystem.
  • Provide Salesforce t/gap assessments.
  • Provide estimates for proposed solutions (hrs., resource type, risks, assumptions, etc.).
  • Lead the team through efficient and effective design, solution documentation, governance, development, and testing of solutions.
  • Engage with and across all Salesforce constituents.
  • Create solution design documents, quality plans, and other project artifacts.
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration/customization work to meet client needs.
  • Collect, formulate, audit and disseminate best practices on Salesforce solution positioning and delivery for customers.
  • Harvest reusable assets and patterns to become part of the Practice Area’s portfolio of reusable assets.
  • Formulate sharable intellectual property to grow Salesforce practice and library of tools.
  • Pro-actively identify existing or pending knowledge gaps and act to address them.
  • Share learnings, tools, and best practices with teammates.
  • Strive to improve the skill level and performance of all colleagues.
