OnBase System Administrator

The OnBase System Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities required to maintain, monitor, and enhance the OnBase platform. This role ensures system availability, performance, and reliability while enabling users to continue business operations with minimal disruption. The administrator will support application configuration, system builds, API deployments, server infrastructure, and technical troubleshooting.

• Perform daily administration and operational support of the OnBase platform to ensure system stability and availability.
• Support OnBase configuration, system builds, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Deploy and support OnBase APIs and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot application, server, and infrastructure‑related issues.
• Work with Windows servers and related hardware/infrastructure components supporting the OnBase environment.
• Perform installations, configurations, and system changes following technical documentation and best practices.
• Review and interpret technical documentation, architecture guides, and white papers to implement solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business users to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
• Support testing, deployment, and validation activities for system enhancements and changes.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and system records.

• Hands‑on experience administering Hyland OnBase environments.
• Strong understanding of OnBase system configuration, application builds, and administration.
• Experience with OnBase API deployment and integrations.
• Knowledge of server environments, installations, and basic infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to troubleshoot application and system‑level issues.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute technical documentation, white papers, and implementation guides.
  
  Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience with OnBase upgrades, migrations, and system performance tuning.
• Familiarity with databases, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working with IT service management processes and production support.
