For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Manage the execution of the capability roadmap including defining features and requirements, ensuring alignment to product strategy and business objectives
* Work with a cross-functional scrum team in prioritization, planning, design, development, and release of features and functionality
* Create and manage all story and feature writing and prioritization for the scrum team.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Client Management, Finance, Marketing and Technology to ensure client digital experience capabilities are developed and prioritized
* Champion a client-centric approach while using data-driven insights, client feedback, competitive analysis and market demands to inform decisions and delivery prioritization
* Identify, track and, manage dependencies, issues and, risks to resolution
* Serve as Agile Product Owner/Manager; support Product Owners and Business Analysts (support of refining User Stories, planning and executing user acceptance testing, and providing support for deployment)
* Work closely with Sales / Client Management, Proposals, Underwriting, and Implementation teams to align roadmaps and dependencies
* Create a team-oriented work climate that enables professional development and encourages creative solutions and strategies, establishes collaboration, and emphasizes quality and cost
* Ensure quality assurance and adequate testing methods are implemented for all capability work
* Effectively maintain and build relationships across business and technology groups

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in product/capability management, business or systems analysis, and/or business architecture involving technology; inclusive of developing strategy and roadmap(s)
* 5+ years of experience developing, designing or implementing digital portals
* 5+ years of experience leading initiatives in a cross functional environment
* 5+ years of experience working in Agile methodology, leading and executing against a capability roadmap
* 3+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Rally, Jira, Confluence)
* 3+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps
* Experience performing Gap analysis, documenting user experience requirements and user journey mapping
* Experience communicating & presenting to senior leadership
* Experience managing roadmaps in Aha!
* Experience supporting sales lifecycle, RFPs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Copilot and/or AI tools
* Experience working with Agile process, delivering full features
* Experience with UI/UX
* Implementation experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
