IT Support Specialist

TEKsystems currently has an IT Support Specialist opportunity available with one of our growing client sin Eden Prairie, MN. This will be on-site in Eden Prairie, MN and start as a 6 month contract to hire. This person will be tasked with providing onsite and remote support to end users. Ideally looking for someone that can support tickets level 1-3 and even has some knowledge or experience of the networking/systems space.

Position Overview
Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide a blend of Help Desk support and Systems Administration. The role supports end users while helping maintain core IT infrastructure and business technology systems.

Role Breakdown

• 50% Help Desk / End User Support
• 50% Systems Administration & Infrastructure Support

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
