This is an excellent opportunity for a functional Oracle Analyst, Pricing Analyst, CPQ Analyst, or ERP Operations Specialist who enjoys bridging business and technology. The hiring manager is not looking for an ultra-technical systems expert. Instead, they need a hands-on professional who understands pricing, business processes, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

As the lead functional resource supporting the Lead-to-Order workstream, you will partner with business stakeholders, Oracle consultants, and global pricing teams to drive a successful Oracle Fusion deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary functional analyst supporting the Lead-to-Order and Quote-to-Cash process areas.
- Support the company's transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
- Manage day-to-day pricing operations while contributing to strategic ERP transformation initiatives.
- Execute and coordinate testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Support pricing setup, quoting processes, subscriptions, and CPQ-related operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams and technology partners to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Document requirements, business decisions, test results, and solution recommendations.
- Help drive data validation and migration efforts during implementation activities.
Required Experience
- ERP implementation, deployment, or transformation project experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Pricing
- Oracle CPQ
- Oracle Advanced Pricing (EBS)
Solid understanding of:
- Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
- Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Lead-to-Order (LTO)
Experience with:
- Testing and validation
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Business process documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and contribute immediately
Nice to Have- Oracle Fusion experience
- Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration experience
- Pricing operations background
- Subscription management experience
- Revenue recognition process knowledge
- Global ERP deployment experience
