Our goal is to recruit and retain great people and in turn provide great employee experience. We offer a collaborative team environment, competitive salaries, and benefit program, as well as hands on training and career development.

Our company is seeking a passionate and motivated Technical Operations On-Boarding Manager. Corporate Technologies (CT) is growing, and that growth requires a more intentional approach to onboarding and training. As our team expands, we want new employees to feel supported, confident, and prepared to succeed from day one. This position will elevate the onboarding and technical training experience across the organization.

By providing structured, consistent enablement and reducing reliance on ad-hoc manager training, this role helps new and acquired employees ramp up faster, integrate more smoothly, and contribute meaningfully to our clients and teams.

  • Translate CT's “tribal knowledge” into repeatable training materials
  • Act as the primary trainer for new hires and acquired staff during onboarding
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance programs and Continuous Education programs for existing technicians
    • Upskilling training as needed.

Acquisition Employee Enablement

  • Lead onboarding for employees joining CT through acquisitions
  • Rapidly assess incoming teams' technical skill levels and tool familiarity
  • Design targeted training plans to close gaps between acquired environments and CT standards
  • Serve as a stabilizing presence during post-close transitions

Program Structure & Content Development

  • Build and maintain onboarding playbooks, training paths, and role-based curricula
  • Standardize onboarding timelines (e.g., first week, first 30 days, first 90 days)
  • Ensure training materials remain current as tools and processes evolve

Continuous Improvement

  • Gather feedback from new hires, acquired employees, and managers
  • Track time-to-productivity and early performance indicators
  • Refine training content and onboarding flow based on real-world outcomes

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Strong technical competency with MSP environments, including:
    • Help desk operations
    • Common MSP tooling (RMM, PSA, security stack, identity, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, train, and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience onboarding or ramping technical staff
  • Comfort operating independently in a lean organization
  • Ability to quickly earn credibility with technical teams
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time depending on M&A activity
