PROJECT:
Salesforce projects - likely to be assigned to 1+ projects where completion of developer tasks will be standard. Heavy custom web development/API and looking for experience with SMS (Text messaging) capability.

This individual has proven results in contributing to customer and/or partner success. Has experience in front and backend solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and hands-on leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed business needs. He/she has the ability to manage client expectations and negotiate solutions to complex scenarios with multiple groups. Proactive thinking and problem solving, foresight of risk areas, and context - appropriate communication is a critical capability for success in this highly visible and leveraged role.

This individual will also be responsible for oversight of a Development team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and day-to-day management of a technical team
• Salesforce development (Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC, , Apex, Visual Force)
• Will help identify configuration (declarative) or customization (programmatic) needs
• Leading the evaluation of business and technical requirements
• Reviewing and correcting project direction, approach and key artifacts
• Evaluation of options and subsequent presentation and education of the customer/partner
• Significant involvement and guidance in project decision making
• Identification and pro-active management of risk areas
• Commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.
• Identifying and leading internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice and teammates
• Serving as an active contributor to the practice knowledge and resource base
• Mentor, educate, and enrich technical and non-technical resources and partner colleagues.
• Building relationships with business partners, internal and external
• Contributing to growth of Optums Professional Services team.

Required Skills/

Experience:

• Active Salesforce Certification(s) - ex. 201, 401, 501
• Prior technical team leadership/management
• Architectural experience within Salesforce
• Consultative mindset and actions
• Operated in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Very proficient in object oriented design and using design patterns
• Ability to influence and educate customers and colleagues
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience with integration into/from Salesforce

Desired Skills/

Experience:

• Healthcare / Call Center knowledgeable beneficial
• Mulesoft experience very beneficial
