What You’ll Do
- Lead and support motion practice, hearings, and case strategy meetings.
- Research and draft pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions.
- Manage discovery (draft/respond to requests, review documents, prepare mediation briefs).
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff with professionalism and judgment.
- Contribute to a case roadmap alongside senior attorneys—and take ownership of your work product.
What We’re Looking For
- Judicial clerkship (required).
- 2+ years of legal experience post-clerkship.
- A genuine passion for litigation and trial work.
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ready to start immediately.
