The Planner Scheduler assigns the correct product to specific orders and is responsible for the daily flow of products and parts for order fulfillment. The role releases work orders, schedules departments to ensure timely shipping, and manages ship and backorder decisions. It requires communication with sales, procurement, and supervisors, assists with inventory control, and may serve as the primary point of contact for specific customers to meet their needs.

• Assign the correct product to specific orders and manage the daily flow of products and parts for order fulfillment.
• Release work orders and schedule departments to ensure orders ship on time.
• Enter and receive transfers.
• Check for material outages or shortages.
• Communicate with sales, procurement, and supervisors regarding order fulfillment.
• Provide system training as required.
• Serve as the main point of contact for communication with specific customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Typically requires an associate's degree and two (2) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

• Ability to manage complex accounts.
• Background in scheduling and familiarity with procurement.
• Basic computer skills and system knowledge.
• Communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.

• Pay: $62,004.10 - $80,565.41 / annually
