Well-established, high volume rail freight company is seeking a Rail Logistics Specialist.
This company has grown exponentially since their inception. They've got a fast-paced, high energy team that is constantly busy moving product throughout the country across all major railroads.
Responsibilities for Role:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight
- Managing inventory, tracking movement, and optimizing routes
- Negotiating rates and collaborating with major carriers
- Compliance and documentation
Background Requirements for Role:
- 5+ years of supply chain/logistics operations experience, with focus on rail
- Exposure to fuel/ethanol strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and with a team!
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business
