This full-time, non-exempt role oversees building systems, safety, and cost-effective project execution, including on-call duties as needed. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in facilities maintenance, multi-trade expertise (electric, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), knowledge of appliances, and a valid U.S.
drivers license. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
