Unit Quality & Turnover Specialist

We are The Complete Corporate Team - a small, high-trust hospitality group that manages 40+ furnished corporate housing units across the Twin Cities. Our homes support traveling professionals, medical staff, relocating families, and guests who need a comfortable, reliable place to stay for 30+ days. We focus on quality, consistency, and care. Every unit we prepare becomes someone's temporary home, and we take pride in making sure it feels clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming.

The Complete Corporate Team is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and positive person to join our small, high-trust team. We are looking for a professional cleaning person to handle our rental turns, with the added responsibility of property care, rental readiness, and unit quality checks across our furnished corporate housing units. You'll help ensure each home, condo, and/or apartment is thoroughly cleaned, beautifully prepared, fully stocked, and guest-ready.

• Detailed rental turns between guests (includes cleaning, organizing, staging)
• Housekeeping & deep cleaning tasks
• Unit quality checks (eyes for detail required!)
• Maintain and organize property inventory
• Light property upkeep
• Report issues or needed repairs
• Support a small, positive, flexible team

• Flexible, part-time to start, with potential to grow

• Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus - but we will train the right person
• Willingness to learn our systems and property layouts
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Reliable transportation
