Supply Chain Project Manager

The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

The Project Manager leads the planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of cross‑functional projects. Responsibilities include managing both defined, one‑time initiatives and recurring, multi‑quarter workflows to ensure consistent, high‑quality results. This is a hybrid position located in Eden Prairie, MN.

• Define project scope & deliverables in collaboration with project team.
• Create detailed project plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
• Monitor project progress, adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion and update project schedules.
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on project progress.
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team to ensure it meets project standards.
• Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
• Complete project debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and best practices.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years project management experience
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Experience with internal communications

• Experience working with Smartsheet, SAP, GS1 and/ or Word Press content management systems.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

This is a hybrid position in Eden Prairie, MN. Regular business hours with occasional evenings and weekends to complete projects on time.

Minimum travel expected but could vary depending on project needs.
