Compensation:$120,000 - $150,000 annually
Schedule:Full-Time | Monday through Friday + Leadership On-Call and Weekend Responsibilities

Sunflower Communities is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee a beautiful 55-bed senior living community , consisting of both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents . This is a highly visible leadership role where you will have the autonomy, support, and resources to make meaningful decisions that directly impact residents, families, and team members every day.

- Provide overall leadership and oversight for daily operations across Assisted Living and Memory Care services.
- Ensure residents receive exceptional care while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and resident-centered environment.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop team members across departments.

- Oversee move-ins and transitions to ensure an exceptional experience from day one.
- Partner with referral sources and community stakeholders to support occupancy goals.
- Ensure compliance with all Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and licensing requirements.
- Oversee survey readiness and maintain a constant state of preparedness.
- Assist with operational reporting, including 6790s and related documentation.
- Monitor policies, procedures, and quality initiatives to ensure regulatory excellence.
- Build trusted relationships with residents and their loved ones.
- Address concerns proactively and professionally.
- Create an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for.
- Current Minnesota Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) license required.
- Previous leadership experience within Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or senior housing operations.
- Strong understanding of Minnesota assisted living regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, developing culture, and improving operational performance.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to balance compassion, accountability, and operational excellence.
