Business Manager

We are a growing entrepreneurial company with multiple businesses looking for a Business Manager to own our Admin and Finance functions. If you love building organizational systems, managing budgets and cash flow, and ensuring every detail is handled correctly, this is an excellent on-site opportunity to make a significant impact. • Manage budgets, cash flow, and company financial projections

• Work with external bookkeepers while performing select bookkeeping and account reconciliations

• Build and improve organizational systems and processes across multiple businesses

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and details

• Handle select HR duties including onboarding, records, and team coordination

• Utilize Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) to create efficient digital systems

• Support leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, and special projects

• Base salary: $150,000 – $175,000
