Caring Center Advisor

Job Description

• Support members of a large health insurance provider by delivering exceptional customer service and benefit education.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (60+ per day) from members seeking assistance with insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits information.
• Assist members with locating in-network providers, clinics, and specialists, including audiologists.
• Provide guidance on available healthcare services and resources based on individual member needs.
• Transfer members to appropriate scheduling teams when appointment assistance is required.
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

  - Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm (8-Hour Shift)

• Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service experience within a call center environment
  • Previous experience within healthcare is preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Eden Prairie,MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Sep 11, 2026.
