Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Press Operator position for our client.

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: Permanent Placement

Schedule: Week 1:
Mon–Wed, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Week 2:
Mon–Thu, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (alternating)

• Operate a state-of-the-art Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press
• Opportunity for advancement and skill growth

• Operate and maintain the press to meet production goals
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues quickly and efficiently
• Monitor job specifications and maintain accurate production records
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean

• 5+ years of Press Operator experience (sheetfed press required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overnight hours and maintain consistent attendance
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

• Standing 90% of the time; walking 10%
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Closed-toe shoes required

• May have access to confidential files and materials
• Regular communication with team members and supervisors required

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00 to $42.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
