2nd Shift Die Cutter Operator

CTG is seeking to fill a 2nd Shift Die Cutter Operator position for our client.

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: Permanent Placement

• Set up and operate Brausse die cutters.
• Perform make-ready tasks and maintain production quality.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years die cutting experience (Brausse experience preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Standing 90% of the shift; walking 10%.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Closed-toe shoes required.

• This role may involve access to confidential electronic or printed materials.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00 to $30.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
