* * Starting Pay: $25.80/hr + $1.50/hour shift differential*
* * Shift: 3rd Shift (
** 9:00pm – 5:30am, Sunday – Thursday)

** The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
** As a Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Supporting the Machine and Packaging lines to produce and package products.
* Determining product quality via daily checks and inspections.
* Leading machine setups in accordance with applicable procedures and setup sheets.
* Implementing adjustments as necessary to produce quality products.
* Creating and maintaining all paperwork and run records per cGMP requirements.
* Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
** Your Skills and Expertise
** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
* Minimum of three (3) months of manufacturing experience
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.
