Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 AM | Monday - Friday

• Minimum 2+ years of woodworking or cabinet‑making experience required
• Experience setting up and operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Ability to operate edge banders, heat presses, table saws, panel saws, and routers
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to inspect products and ensure adherence to specifications
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and work extended shifts when needed

• Produce high‑quality laminate and custom work surfaces for office furniture applications
• Cut, shape, smooth, edge, and fabricate standard and custom wood products
• Set up and operate woodworking equipment including edge banders, saws, routers, and heat presses
• Read and work from AutoCAD drawings and production specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assemble products using adhesives, hand tools, and finishing techniques
• Perform routine maintenance on woodworking machinery and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes, quality, and efficiency
