OverviewWe are hiring a skilled Electrical Panel Builder / Wirer to support custom-built control systems used in large-scale water purification and reverse osmosis applications (stadiums, commercial buildings, industrial systems).
This is a hands-on, project-based role where no two builds are the same. You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled shop with a team focused on quality, precision, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Build and wire custom electrical control panels from start to finish
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Lay out panels; drill, tap, and mount electrical components
- Route wiring and run conduit within panel systems and assemblies
- Integrate electrical components with mechanical and piping systems
- Perform basic inspection and functional checks on completed panels
- Measure and cut accurately using a tape measure (inches and metric)
- Follow electrical safety standards for AC/DC systems
- Collaborate with other shop teams to complete projects on schedule
- Handle materials and components up to 50 lbs as needed
- 1–2 years of electrical panel building or wiring experience
- Ability to read and work from prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Experience using hand and power tools in an assembly environment
- Knowledge of conduit bending/routing and wire management
- Strong measurement skills with consistent accuracy
- Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical principles
- Ability to work in a custom, project-driven environment with changing builds

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
