Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Relief Operator to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50–$24.50

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year
. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 12:00am-8:00am
.

Our Relief Operators are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Operate ovens, monitor baking, and handle loading/unloading
• Prepare mixes, pans, and baking sheets as needed
• Process frozen products by thawing, proofing, and baking
• Perform base icing, slicing, traying, wrapping, and packaging of products
• Operate and maintain machines, ensuring accurate weighing and packaging
• Follow food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, maintain a clean, and sanitary work area

• Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
• Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions
• Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner
• Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkers

• Education:
  • Required:
    High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Operating large scale machines
  • Continuous flow systems
  • Prior food manufacturing experience preferred
