Production Assembler

Job Description

Emerson is hiring for assembly positions in Shakopee, Eden Prairie, and Chanhassen. All positions include full benefits and competitive pay.

• Starting pay: $20.76-$24.35+ shift differential (if applicable)

• Assemble measurement instrumentation devices.
• Perform tasks such as hand soldering, brazing, repairs, testing and packaging of finished products.
• Participate in daily organization and cleanup of work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Inspect work to ensure total quality.

• Solid work history showing dependability.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass an aptitude assessment and pre‑employment screening.
• Physical requirements:
  • Stand for 80% of the shift.
  • Frequently move equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Communicate in English without an interpreter.

• Previous manufacturing assembly experience.
• Previous Rosemount Inc. experience.

1st Shift Chanhassen & Eden Prairie:
Monday‑Thursday, 5:30 am‑2:30 pm & Friday, 5:30 am‑12:00 pm
1st Shift Shakopee:
Monday‑Thursday, 4:30 am‑3:00 pm
2nd Shift Chanhassen, Shakopee & Eden Prairie:
Monday‑Thursday, 3:00 pm‑1:30 am
Weekend Shift Shakopee:
Friday‑Sunday, 5:30 am‑6:00 pm
